Selection & Training Process Overview
1. First Round Interview
The initial interview will be conducted by Ms Nidhi Parikh to understand the applicant's goals, background, and suitability for the program.
2. Training Program in Bangalore
Selected candidates will undergo a 20-day residential training in Bangalore, conducted by the Unatti Group, which has been successfully running this project for over 30 years.
3. Candidate Selection
We are aiming to select 25 candidates for this opportunity. Currently, 11 candidates have already been shortlisted.
4. Accommodation Facilities during training
Separate hostel accommodations will be provided for male and female candidates in different complexes during the training period.
5. On-Ground Support
A dedicated ECCI team member will accompany the group and remain present throughout the 20-day training to offer guidance and support.
6. Stipend Details
A stipend will be provided to the participants for the training period. The final amount is under review and will be confirmed shortly.
